When Can You Cancel?

Cancellations are accepted only immediately after placing your order, before our fulfilment team has been notified or shipping has commenced. Once the order is in processing or dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

After Dispatch

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy to initiate a return once the item is delivered.

Refund on Cancellation
