RETURN POLICY

**Return Policy**

Thank you for your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, return it within 2 days for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions of return

  • Buyer can return or exchange the item
  • Buyer must return item within 2 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with Archadia} if an item isn’t returned in original condition
  • Total timeframe for replacement/exchange is from 8-14 days.
  • If parcel is received damaged or not as on website we will return with no question asked, 
  • if want to return due to size issue or personal choice we will not be able to return as all things are accurately mentioned on website.


Items must be new, unused, with all tags and labels.

**Return Process**
Email customer service at archadia@archadiadecors.in  Securely package and mail to:

**Refunds**
In case of any Refunds approved by the Archadia s, it’ll take 7-9 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
