At Archadia, we stand behind every product we ship. Here’s everything you need to know about our refund and cancellation process.
Cancellations
Not feeling it anymore? Cancellations are accepted only if requested immediately after placing your order. Once your order has been communicated to our fulfilment team or shipping has begun, we’re unable to cancel it.
To cancel, WhatsApp us or email archadia@archadiadecors.in right away.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something that’s not up to standard? Contact our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery with photos and your order details. Once our team has reviewed and confirmed the issue, we’ll take appropriate action to resolve it.
Product Not as Described
If the item you received doesn’t match what was shown on our site, let us know within 2 days of delivery. Our team will review the complaint and work with you towards a fair resolution.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–9 business days of approval.
