Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted only immediately after placing your order. Once our fulfilment team has been notified or your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Act fast — your piece may already be on its way.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something that doesn’t meet Archadia’s standards? Report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll review and confirm a resolution once the issue is verified on our end.
Product Not as Described
If what arrived doesn’t match what was shown on our site, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Our team will assess the complaint and take the appropriate action — no runaround.
Refund Processing
